ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 2 -- United States Patent no. 12,486,310, issued on Dec. 2, was assigned to Brigham Young University (Provo, Utah).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Protein compositions for the treatment of cancer that concomitantly reduce metastasis are disclosed.
