ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,295,380, issued on May 13, was assigned to Brain Brew Ventures 3.0 Inc. (Newtown, Ohio).

"Method for creating smoked foods and beverages" was invented by Douglas B. Hall (Newtown, Ohio), Joseph M. Girgash (Newtown, Ohio) and James J. Beaupre (Glenburn, Maine).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention is a method and system for making smoke beverages and foods using multiple condensation stages."
