ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 28 -- United States Patent no. 12,446,759, issued on Oct. 21, was assigned to Boston Scientific Scimed Inc. (Maple Grove, Minn.).

"Modular scope device" was invented by Michael S.H. Chu (Brookline, Mass.), Sacha Tang (Tygnsborough, Mass.) and Mayur Kiran Patel (Framingham, Mass.).
