US Patent Issued to Boston Scientific Scimed on March 25 for "Devices, systems, and methods for occluding an anatomical passage" (Irish Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 26 -- United States Patent no. 12,256,940, issued on March 25, was assigned to Boston Scientific Scimed Inc. (Maple Grove, Minn.).

"Devices, systems, and methods for occluding an anatomical passage" was invented by Michael Walsh (Galway, Ireland), Gary Gilmartin (Foxford, Ireland), Louis McNern (Donegal, Ireland) and Kevin McEvilly (Galway, Ireland).
