ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 13 -- United States Patent no. 12,521,341, issued on Jan. 13, was assigned to Boston Scientific Scimed Inc. (Maple Grove, Minn.).
"Injectable compositions" was invented by Joseph T. Delaney Jr. (Minneapolis), Samuel Raybin (San Jose, Calif.), John Kummailil (Sherborn, Mass.) and Matthew B. Hollyer (Watertown, Mass.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present disclosure relates to injectable compositions sterile injectable fluid compositions comprising a polysaccharide having a color in the visible spectrum, methods of forming the same, kits containing the same, and methods for performing agent-assisted procedures in a patient using the same."
