ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 28 -- United States Patent no. 12,448,154, issued on Oct. 21, was assigned to Blue Origin Manufacturing LLC (Huntsville, Ala.).

"System comprising a deceleration pool with a landing hook system disposed above it for receiving a landing rocket" was invented by John Eric Tepool (Owens Cross Roads, Ala.).
