US Patent Issued to Blue Origin Manufacturing on July 15 for "Wafer with regions of low oxygen concentration" (Massachusetts, Pennsylvania Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,359,343, issued on July 15, was assigned to Blue Origin Manufacturing LLC (Huntsville, Ala.).

"Wafer with regions of low oxygen concentration" was invented by Jesse S.
