ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 11 -- United States Patent no. 12,467,707, issued on Nov. 11, was assigned to Blackstone Firearms LLC.
"Firearm barrel for lever action firearm" was invented by Aaron E. Painter (Delavan, Wis.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A firearm barrel for a lever action firearm. The firearm barrel has an inner barrel, and outer barrel, and a muzzle keeper. The firearm barrel may also include a gas bushing."
