ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,379,317, issued on Aug. 5, was assigned to Biosensia Patents Ltd. (Dublin).
"Reader device for luminescent immunoassays" was invented by Shane Moynihan (Dublin) and Diarmuid Flavin (Dublin).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present disclosure, among other things, describes a reader system comprising a casing, an optical system, an electromechanical motor system, and one or more digital processors."
The patent was filed on Sept. 2, 2021, under Application No. 17/465,049.
