ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,331,097, issued on June 17, was assigned to BIONTECH US INC. (Cambridge, Mass.).

"T cell receptor constructs and uses thereof" was invented by Vikram Juneja (Waltham, Mass.) and Jaewon Choi (Jamaica Plain, Mass.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present disclosure provides T cell receptors (TCRs) against peptide-MHC complexes, isolated nucleic acid molecules encoding TCRs against peptide-MHC complexes, T cells expressing TCRs against peptide-MHC complexes, and pharmaceutical compositions for use in the treatment of diseases."
