ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 20 -- United States Patent no. 12,528,877, issued on Jan. 20, was assigned to BIOMUNEX PHARMACEUTICALS (Paris).
"Binding molecules to CD38 and PD-L1" was invented by Eugene Zhukovsky (Bethel, Conn.), Olivier Leger (Saint Sixt, France) and Richard J. Morse (Bethel, Conn.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention relates to a bispecific molecule comprising at least one anti-CD38 domain and at least one anti-PD-L1 domain, which are capable of simultaneous binding to CD38 and PD-L1 antigens, respectively."
The patent was filed on Nov. 17, 2022, under Application No. 18/056,279.
