ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 11 -- United States Patent no. 12,467,047, issued on Nov. 11, was assigned to BIOCONSORTIA INC. (Davis, Calif.).

"Accelerated directed evolution of microbial consortia for the development of desirable plant phenotypic traits" was invented by Peter Wigley (Auckland, New Zealand), Caroline George (Auckland, New Zealand) and Susan Turner (Auckland, New Zealand).
