ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,427,759, issued on Sept. 30, was assigned to BIO-TEC BIOLOGISCHE NATURVERPACKUNGEN GMBH & Co. KG (Emmerich, Germany).
"Biodegradable multi-layer film" was invented by Ralf Hackfort (Emmerich, Germany), Johannes Mathar (GP's-Heerenberg, Netherlands), Frank Rorthmans (Issum-Sevelen, Germany), Harald Schmidt (Emmerich, Germany) and Christoph Hess (Rees, Germany).
