ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,313,628, issued on May 27, was assigned to Bio-Rad Laboratories Inc. (Hercules, Calif.).
"Digital affinity linkage assay" was invented by Boaz Gildor (Haifa, Israel) and Dalia Shezifi (Kibutz Nahsholim, Israel).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Methods of detecting a target in a sample are provided. Kits for performing the methods described herein are also provided."
The patent was filed on March 20, 2023, under Application No. 18/123,777.
