ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,251,959, issued on March 18, was assigned to BIC Violex Single Member S.A. (Anoixi, Greece).

"Variable color shade marker" was invented by Michail Kokozidis (Anoixi, Greece).
