US Patent Issued to BeiGene on Oct. 7 for "Cyclic dinucleotides as sting agonists" (Chinese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 8 -- United States Patent no. 12,435,104, issued on Oct. 7, was assigned to BeiGene Ltd. (Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands).

"Cyclic dinucleotides as sting agonists" was invented by Jing Li (Beijing), Zhiwei Wang (Beijing), Lina Gu (Beijing) and Sanjia Xu (Beijing).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Disclosed herein are cyclic di-nucleotide compounds and derivatives thereof that may be useful as STING agonists, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same. Also disclosed herein is the process for synthesis and to uses of such cyclic di-nucleotide compounds in various diseases including cancer, HIV infection and HBV infection."
