ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,372,544, issued on July 29, was assigned to Beckman Coulter Inc. (Brea, Calif.).

"Clinical analyzer automated system fault diagnostic methods" was invented by Takayuki Mizutani (Edina, Minn.), Kiyotaka Kubota (Akishima, Japan), Carl Erickson (Waconia, Minn.), Scott Maik (Brooklyn Center, Minn.) and Nicole Sovde (Eden Prairie, Minn.).
