ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 11 -- United States Patent no. 12,546,990, issued on Feb. 10, was assigned to Beam Engineering for Advanced Measurements Co. (Orlando, Fla.) and Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) (Arlington, Va.).
