US Patent Issued to Bayn Solutions on March 4 for "Sweetening composition and method of making and using same" (Swedish Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,239,153, issued on March 4, was assigned to Bayn Solutions AB (Stockholm).

"Sweetening composition and method of making and using same" was invented by Patrik Edstrom (Hollviken, Sweden) and Roger Aidoo (Gavle, Sweden).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "There is provided a sweetening composition including particles, the particles including a high intensity sweetener, a non-sucrose bulk sweetener and a low digestible carbohydrate polymer."

The patent was filed on Feb. 5, 2021, under Application No. 17/797,520.
