US Patent Issued to Baxter International, Baxter Healthcare on Sept. 30 for "Combined extracorporeal and drug delivery system and method" (Illinois, Minnesota Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,427,235, issued on Sept. 30, was assigned to Baxter International Inc. (Deerfield, Ill.) and Baxter Healthcare SA (Glattpark, Switzerland).

"Combined extracorporeal and drug delivery system and method" was invented by John Ramez Zacharia (Chicago), Bernd Wittner (Minneapolis) and Matthew Bivans (Barrington, Ill.).
