ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 4 -- United States Patent no. 12,318,567, issued on June 3, was assigned to Baxter International Inc. (Deerfield, Ill.) and Baxter Healthcare SA (Glatttpark, Switzerland).

"Perforating connector for medical fluid containers" was invented by Rajesh Nandipati (Karnataka, India) and Vandana Sakhare (Karnataka, India).
