"Retractable hull mounting data collecting system" was invented by Jason Christopher Kardas (Oceanside, Calif.), Drew William Brackett (Carlsbad, Calif.), William John Broadway (Oceanside, Calif.), James Taylor Czarnowski (Fallbrook, Calif.), Phillip James Dow (Oceanside, Calif.), Elizabeth Catherine Sexton (San Clemente, Calif.) and Shane Yellin (Carlsbad, Calif.).
