ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,226,496, issued on Feb. 18, was assigned to BAR-ILAN UNIVERSITY (Ramat Gan, Israel).

"Polymeric core-shell particles" was invented by Rachela Popovtzer (Givat Shmuel, Israel), Chen Tzror-Azankot (Rishon Leztion, Israel) and Menachem Motiei (Ashdod, Israel).
