ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,378,234, issued on Aug. 5, was assigned to Bantam Pharmaceutical LLC (New York).
"Crystalline polymorphs of a 1-thiazol-2-yl-pyrazole-5-carboxylic acid derivative" was invented by Alan Cooper (Kenilworth, N.J.), Zheqiong Wu (Cranbury, N.J.) and Shanming Kuang (Cranbury, N.J.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "This disclosure relates generally to crystalline polymorphs of a thiazolylpyrazole derivative, pharmaceutical compositions comprising them, and methods of using the crystalline polymorphs and their compositions."
The patent was filed on May 29, 2020, under Application No. 17/614,973.
