ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,277,551, issued on April 15, was assigned to Bank of America Corp. (Charlotte, N.C.).

"Resource transfer validation within a metaverse" was invented by Vinesh Premji Patel (London), Manu J. Kurian (Dallas) and Michael Robert Young (Davidson, N.C.).
