ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 5 -- United States Patent no. PP36,598, issued on April 15, was assigned to BALL HORTICULTURAL COMPANY (West Chicago, Ill.).

"Buddleia plant named 'Balchryeel'" was invented by Scott C. Trees (Arroyo Grande, Calif.) and Sarah Kimberly Greenwood (West Chester, Pa.).
