ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,410,682, issued on Sept. 9, was assigned to Baker Hughes Oilfield Operations LLC (Houston).

"Safety valve, method, and system" was invented by Grant Thompson (Tulsa, Okla.) and Wade Miller (Broken Arrow, Okla.).
