ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,253,553, issued on March 18, was assigned to BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration Inc. (Nashua, N.H.).

"Cavity enhanced coupling laser for increased atomic receiver sensitivity" was invented by Zakary N. Burkley (Amherst, N.H.) and Craig C. Price (Manchester, N.H.).
