ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,284,939, issued on April 29, was assigned to BAD BOY MOWERS LLC (Batesville, Ark.).
"Stand-on mower folding platform system" was invented by Zachary Crowl (Batesville, Ark.) and Kenny Cox (Batesville, Ark.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A mower system that includes a stand-on rider platform system that includes a folding rider platform pivotally coupled to the mower frame and a folding rider platform suspension system that includes a resilient member adapted to be compressed between the folding rider platform and a member of the mower system."
