ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,458,782, issued on Nov. 4, was assigned to Azygos Vascular Inc. (Deephaven, Minn.) and Center for Technology Licensing Cornell University (Ithaca, N.Y.).

"Cerebrospinal fluid shunt" was invented by Yves Pierre Gobin (Harrison, N.Y.), Jeffrey P. Callister (Deephaven, Minn.) and Ryan Bauer (Plymouth, Minn.).
