ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,377,081, issued on Aug. 5, was assigned to AZURITY PHARMACEUTICALS INC. (Woburn, Mass.).
"Liquid nimodipine compositions" was invented by Hugh Greg Thomas (Carrollton, Ga.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Liquid compositions comprising nimodipine having improved nimodipine concentrations are provided herein. Methods of improving neurological outcome by reducing the incidence and severity of ischemic deficits in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage from ruptured intracranial berry aneurysms with the liquid compositions of the present invention are also detailed herein."
