"Data exchange platform enabled by blockchain and cloud infrastructure" was invented by Jonathan Scott Thompson (Spokane, Wash.), Curtis Allen Kirkeby (Spokane, Wash.) and John Zachary Gibson (Post Falls, Idaho).
