"Liquid cooling device" was invented by Mu-Shu Fan (New Taipei, Taiwan), Chien-Chih Su (New Taipei, Taiwan), Hsing-Pao Yu (New Taipei, Taiwan) and Chia-Chen Wang (New Taipei, Taiwan).
