US Patent Issued to AUO on Sept. 23 for "Electronic device" (Taiwanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 23 -- United States Patent no. 12,426,147, issued on Sept. 23, was assigned to AUO Corp. (Hsinchu, Taiwan).

"Electronic device" was invented by Chih-Wen Lu (Hsinchu, Taiwan), Fan-Yu Chen (Hsinchu, Taiwan), Chun-Yueh Hou (Hsinchu, Taiwan) and Hsi-Hung Chen (Hsinchu, Taiwan).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An electronic device includes a substrate, a side wiring, a protective film, and a first filler. The substrate has a first surface, a second surface, and a side surface connected between the first surface and the second surface.
