ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,404,410, issued on Sept. 2, was assigned to Asphalt Sciences LLC (Reno, Nev.).

"Method for generating a solubilized tire rubber bitumen compound" was invented by Joseph Randall Bruns (Scurry, Texas) and Hashem Hashemi (Reno, Nev.).
