US Patent Issued to ARVINAS OPERATIONS on Oct. 21 for "Cereblon-based KRAS degrading PROTACs and uses related thereto" (Connecticut, Pennsylvania Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 28 -- United States Patent no. 12,448,399, issued on Oct. 21, was assigned to ARVINAS OPERATIONS INC. (New Haven, Conn.).

"Cereblon-based KRAS degrading PROTACs and uses related thereto" was invented by Jesus Raul Medina (Gilbertsville, Pa.) and Hanqing Dong (Madison, Conn.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Provided herein are compounds that target KRas and are thus useful in the treatment of cancer."
