US Patent Issued to Arvinas Operations on April 29 for "Methods of manufacturing a bifunctional compound" (Connecticut Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,286,419, issued on April 29, was assigned to Arvinas Operations Inc. (New Haven, Conn.).

"Methods of manufacturing a bifunctional compound" was invented by Chungpin Herman Chen (Madison, Conn.) and Hanqing Dong (Madison, Conn.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "This disclosure pertains to the preparation of bifunctional compounds (e.g., Compound 1), intermediates in the preparation of such compounds, and preparation of such intermediates."
