ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 25 -- United States Patent no. 12,478,194, issued on Nov. 25, was assigned to Artsana USA Inc. (Lancaster, Pa.).
"Quick connecting child booster seat" was invented by Michael L. Longenecker (Lancaster, Pa.) and Raymond Evan Good (Lancaster, Pa.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A portable booster seat for supporting a child on a chair having a retractable clamping arm that is extendable to an underside surface of a chair seat and selectively moveable to clamp the booster seat to the chair."
The patent was filed on April 23, 2024, under Application No. 18/643,256.
