ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,278,252, issued on April 15, was assigned to Artilux Inc. (Menlo Park, Calif.).
"Photo-detecting apparatus with low dark current" was invented by Yen-Cheng Lu (Menlo Park, Calif.), Yun-Chung Na (San Jose, Calif.), Tsung-Ting Wu (Zhubei, Taiwan), Shu-Lu Chen (Zhubei, Taiwan) and Chih-Wei Yeh (Zhubei, Taiwan).
