ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,346,415, issued on July 1, was assigned to ARRIS Enterprises LLC (Suwanee, Ga.).

"Method and apparatus for license credit management" was invented by Cheng Li (San Diego), Jinsong Zheng (San Diego), Eric Brunnett-Lazarte (La Mesa, Calif.), Patrick Dizon (San Diego) and Fredelyn A. Benavidez (San Diego).
