ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 18 -- United States Patent no. 12,474,329, issued on Nov. 18, was assigned to Ares Trading S.A. (Aubonne, Switzerland).

"Immunoassays for high positively charged proteins" was invented by Elisa Bertotti (Strambino, Italy) and Valeria Castagna (Pavone Canavese, Italy).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention relates to immunoassays for quantification of a high positively charged protein, such as a FGF-18 protein, in human synovial fluid sample."
