"Topical roflumilast formulation having antifungal properties" was invented by David Reuben Berk (Westlake Village, Calif.), Patrick Eugene Burnett (Westlake Village, Calif.), Saori Kato (Westlake Village, Calif.) and David W. Osborne (Fort Collins, Colo.).
