According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A method for the manufacture of a steel sheet, in a device including a pre-heating section, a heating section having a maximal heating rate and a soaking section including a calibrating step, a recrystallization annealing and a soaking and a coating step. The calibration step permits to define a lower dew point permitting to achieve a predefined quality target."
