US Patent Issued to Applied Materials on July 8 for "Thin film transistors for circuits for use in display devices" (California Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,354,557, issued on July 8, was assigned to Applied Materials Inc. (Santa Clara, Calif.).

"Thin film transistors for circuits for use in display devices" was invented by Dong Kil Yim (Pleasanton, Calif.), Soo Young Choi (Fremont, Calif.) and Jung Bae Kim (San Jose, Calif.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Disclosed herein is a device including a driving thin film transistor.
