ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 5 -- United States Patent no. D1,071,103, issued on April 15, was assigned to Applied Materials Inc. (Santa Clara, Calif.).
"Gas distribution plate" was invented by Prahallad Iyengar (Santa Clara, Calif.), Janisht Golcha (San Francisco), Kartik Shah (Saratoga, Calif.), Chaowei Wang (San Diego) and Sanjeev Baluja (Campbell, Calif.).
The patent was filed on April 11, 2022, under Application No. D/834,288.
