US Patent Issued to Apple on May 13 for "Laser architectures using quantum well intermixing techniques" (California Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,300,974, issued on May 13, was assigned to Apple Inc. (Cupertino, Calif.).

"Laser architectures using quantum well intermixing techniques" was invented by Alfredo Bismuto (Sunnyvale, Calif.), Mark Alan Arbore (Los Altos, Calif.) and Ross M. Audet (Menlo Park, Calif.).
