ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 18 -- United States Patent no. 12,326,363, issued on June 10, was assigned to ANSWERAY INC. (Gwacheon-si, South Korea).

"Spectroscope" was invented by Seong Ho Cho (Gwacheon-si, South Korea) and Gajendra Pratap Singh (Nagar, India).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Proposed is a spectroscope including a disperser configured to disperse incident signal light, wherein the disperser includes a bandpass filter configured to spectroscopically process the signal light by pivoting according to a driving signal and a light-receiving element configured to receive the signal light spectroscopically processed by bands and output a corresponding electrical signal."
