ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,458,705, issued on Nov. 4, was assigned to ANGIEX INC. (Cambridge, Mass.).
"Antibody-oligonucleotide conjugates" was invented by Paul A. Jaminet (Cambridge, Mass.), Shou-Ching S. Jaminet (Cambridge, Mass.) and Edward Ha (Cambridge, Mass.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Conjugates are provided, comprising a targeting protein, e.g., an anti-TM4SFI antibody or antigen or binding fragments thereof. Methods of manufacture and use of said conjugates are also described."
The patent was filed on June 12, 2019, under Application No. 17/251,316.
