ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,298,136, issued on May 13, was assigned to Anello Photonics Inc. (Santa Clara, Calif.).
"Silicon nitride waveguide based integrated photonics front-end chip for optical gyroscope" was invented by Mario Paniccia (Santa Clara, Calif.) and Mike Horton (Santa Clara, Calif.).
