ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,245,352, issued on March 4, was assigned to Ananda Shakti Technologies Ltd. (Nicosia, Cyprus).
"Plasma generator" was invented by Vladimir Leonov (Moscow), Sergei Altunin (Bryansk, Russia), Oleg Kulakovskii (Saint Petersburg, Russia), Haslen Matthew Back (London) and Valeria Tyutina (London).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A plasma generator includes a cathode, an anode, and a stabilizing electrode. The stabilizing electrode stabilises a region of plasma within a fluid. Methods of plasma generation and uses thereof are also provided."
